Dan Söderqvist, composer. Dan and Ingemar Gasleben, also known as Twice a man, has worked with music and video in many artistic fields, such as theatre, film, dance performance, installations, also computer games, besides making albums and concerts. They have made several educational projects including game development for visually impaired children – an international EU project. (2011-2012)
Ingemar Gasleben video animator, composer and production team (2011-2015)
Ingemar Gasleben, video animator/composer. Ingemar and Dan Söderqvist, also known as Twice a man, has worked with music and video in many artistic fields, such as theatre, film, dance performance, installations, also computer games, besides making albums and concerts. Maria Ericson, CEO at region Teater Halland, the project’s implementer
Maria is originally an actor. 1976, she, along with, among others, director Wilhelm Carlsson and Tom Fjord Falk, co-founded the internationally acclaimed, experimental physical theatre group Theatre Schahrazad in Stockholm, with extensive European touring during the 1970-80’s. She has also worked as an actor at the Royal Dramatic Theatre, Dramaten, the National Theatre, Riksteatern, Swedish Radio and Television.
At Dramaten she worked among others with Yuri Lubimov and Ingemar Bergman and was as a director part of the start of the Young Dramatic Theatre, unga Dramaten, under Catherine Sjoberg’s management.
She has studied literature and history, and has worked as a process- and development leader in the performing arts and culture department at local and regional level.
Mehayla Chamaleh drama pedagog, animator and production team (2013-2015)
She worked with animation 2D and 3D i Gaza Strip in several projects with UN schools.
Per-Åke Skagersten pedagog (2014)
Per-Åke Skagesten is the watchmaker who changed direction and became a teacher. His main subjects of teaching have been social studies, history and religion. He is also a chairman of Equmeniakyrkan ( The Uniting Church) in Varberg. His interest in foreign countries and people of other continents started in childhood by meeting missionaries visiting the church.
Nonviolence as a principle became self-evident as it was time for military service and civilian service. During two breaks in his career he worked with Fair Trade for ten years. Through work, friends , family and through educational purposed travels, there have been visits to Asia, Africa and Latin America.
During the winter of 2012-2013, he was a companion in Israel and Palestine for three months. While his interest in this particular conflict have been deepened , especially for people who suffer from it. This led to plans for a book wich took shape and is currently under production and the teaching job is on hold.
As part of this commitment, Per-Åke has now joined to the project UN Day 2014.
On 13 August he tried to reach Gaza as a partner, together with three computers which was a donation from Lions Varberg to Gaza’s children. Because of the situation from Middle East he could not finish the trip as it was planed. The computers did!!! And now the children from there are doing animation with those computers. Sara Gebran, architect and choreographer (2011)
Sara Gebran, architect and choreographer, born in Venezuela, of Arab origin. Lived in Denmark for 12 years and now in Sweden. Work internationally. Extensive experience in educational work. (2011)
